Abstrak
Information technology is one example of a rapidly evolving technology product that can help people in data processing as well as presenting a quality information. To provide such information, we need a tool or medium for processing a wide range of data that can be presented to be a useful information with alternative packaging and based on the criteria of quality information. SMP Negeri 4 Sungailiat is one of the public school that have been put on the use of information system is the form of computer software is performing work activities, but in its use has not been thoroughly, only use for small things, such as in the manufacture of letters and report and in data processing are still using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel so the data is still not arranged neatly that could leat to delays in reporting due to the difficulty of getting information in a fast time. As the solution of problem faced by SMP Negeri 4 Sungailiat, the presentation of Information System very supportive to reduce to problem. The method of analysis used in the construction of this application is based on the Object Oriented Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, tools that are used to describe the design of the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Class Diagram. While the tools used to build this application using VB.Net Programming as an application in the design of interfaces and Ms. Access for database design.
